I totally agree with your approach, However, the most difficult thing for me is to keep doing it for a long time. I used a Daily TODO List many times but have never been able to commit for a long time. Basically, you are in rush, and never have enough time to organize your work and update your to-do list at the begging, during, and at the end of your day.

So, could you share with us any tips for a long-term commitment?
